To which his Excy was pleased on his Majts behalf to give
his Assent by endorsing it as follows

June 26th 1702

On behalfe of her Majty Ann by the Grace of God of
England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of the
faith &c I will this be A Law.

Which being done his Excy was pleased to Seall the Same
with the broad Seale of this province which being soe sealed,
His Excy was pleased to acquaint this house that he thought
it Convenient for her Majts Service to prorogue this Assem-
bly untill the last day of August next and accordingly they
were prorogued
Soe ended the third Sessions of Assembly on the 26th day
of June in the first yeare of the Reigne of our Souvereigne
Lady Queen Ann by the Grace of God of England Scotland
France and Ireland Defender of the faith &c Annoq. Dni.
1702
