the Authority afores^d by and with the Advise and Consent
afores^d That noe person Commissioned as aforesaid shall
Depute any Person as a Dep^ty to range the woods & fforrests
after Cattle & horses as aforesaid: Except such Persons be
likewise approved on by the Justices of the County in which
he is to Range as a Dep^ty And for as much as it will be neces-
sary That a sett time should be Appoynted to what Age
horses and Cattle should be Deemed Wild; Bee it Enacted by

the Authority Afores^d and with the Advise and Consent affore-
s^d That it shall not be lawfull for any Ranger within this Prov-
ince To take up marke or otherwise Dispose of any unmarked
horse, Mare, bull, or Cow, which shall not Exceed the Age of
Three years: any Law Usage or Custome to the Contrary
Notwithstanding. And further be it Enacted by the Authority
afores^d By and with the Advice and Consent Aforesaid: That
the Justices in each respective County w^thin this Province
shall yearly & every year within theire County Courts held
in the Moneth of March and November dureing the Continu-
ance of this Act, cause to be read in open Court. And like-
wise give it in charge: To the Grand Juryes to enquire of any
Breaches thereof Committed by the Rangers in that County
