Ordered they be read in the afternoone.
The house adjournes till one a Clock in the afternoon.

Post Mered. The house mett againe, according to adjourn-
ment, And being called over, Were prsent as in the morning.
Mr Phillo Loyd and George Muschamp Esqr say they Deliv-
ered the Message of the morning.
A Bill for confirmeing a certaine wrighteing to be the last
Will and Testt of Edward Mann. Read the 1st & 2d time and
doe pass.
A Bill for Releife of Kent and Calvert Cotys Read 1 & 2d
time & doe pass.
Bill for Conveying Iurors to Provll Courts from the Eastern
Read the first and second time and comitted for amend-
ment (that the Sherrife have but fower hundred pounds of
tobbo) and that the jury men of the Westerne Shoare shall
have free passage over fferrys at the charge of the publick.
Leiut Collo Thos Smith brought into the house.
A Bill prohibiting Horce races on Saturdays.
Read the first time and comitted for Amendmt
The Peticon of Richard Bishop Junior of Talbott County
being hear read and considered, The petr is referred to com

A Bill for naturalization of Hermanus Schee and others.
