appears and a fair Journall of all their proceedings to be
delivered to the Clerk of the Assembly for Satisfaction of all
persons therewith concern'd.
And if it shall happen that his Exncy shall please to Con-
vene an Assembly before the tenth day of October aforesaid
then this present Act and all and every Clause therein con-
tained shall be voyd and of noe fforce.

An Act investing a tract of Land in Dorothy Stephens sold
her by Symon Willmer to her & her heires for ever.

An Act investing in the Vestry of Saint James's Parish in
Ann Arundell County Certain lands given to the said Parish
by Mr James Rigbie & Elizabeth his wife both deceased.

An Act for Naturalization of Peter Scamper of Prince
Georges County John Debruler of Baltemore County & John
Debruler & William Debruler his Sons together with the
other sons and Daughters of the said Debruler the ffather
born within this Province.
