Queen Mary by the Grace of God King and Queen of England p. 479 Scotland ffrance and Ireland Defenders of the ffaith &ca by the Justices thereunto authorized and appointed together with the most principle ffreeholders thereunto Called for the laying out of the Parishes on the West Side of Petuxant River in Ca!vert County being in obedience to an Act of Assembly Entituled an Act for the Service of Almighty God and the Establishmt of the Protestant Religion in this province made at the City of St Maries the 10th day of May Annoq Dom 1692.

It is Agreed on, and concluded by the Justices above named and by the Principall freeholders at the time and place abovesd mett together Vizt That from the Upper part of Mount Calvert hundred to the main Branch of Swanstons Creek be in one Parish the Church for the sd Parish being already built at Charles Town called by the Name af St Paules.
