[Rawstone' s Petition.] To the Kings most excellent Majtie in Councill The humble Petition of Richard Rawstone late Deputy Collector of the Eastern Shore in Maryland under Christopher Rousbee de ceased.
Sheweth, That your Petr did continue his place by the Order of one Nicholas Seawell who officiated as Collector (after the decease of the said Rousbee) till Orders from England, and in pursu ance of his trust and to his great costs did seize two vessells which had made no entry, but were very unjustly extorted
