       above Named John Bozmane is by his Excy ffrancis Nicholson

       Esqr Capt genll and govr in Chiefe of his Matys province of

       Maryland and Territorys thereto belonging Appointed and p. 221

       Commissionated to be Navll Officer of the District of Pocomoke

       according to the direction of a Certeine Act of Parliamt

       Intituled An Act for the encouragemt of Trade made in the

       fifteenth year of the reigne of our late Soveigne Lord K:

       Charles the 2d of blessed memory Now if so be the sd John

       Bozmane shall well and faithfully pforme his Duty in the said

       Office in all things thereunto relateing then this Obligation to

       be Voyd & of none effect or else the same to be & remaine in

       full force power and Virtue
