One paire of Iron Bullett Moulds One Lre directed to Mr Isaack Miliner Mercht which I promise God willing to deliver to the sd Capt Paggan upon my Arrival att London in the Kingdom of England. Bartho Whitehorne Maryland ss St Mary's County p. 204 Know all men by these prsents that we Gerard Sly of St Mary's County Gentlemen Joshuah Guibert & Thomas Hatton of the same County Gentlemen are held and firmly bound unto our Sovereigne Lord King William the Third &c. Gerrard Sly in the full suffle of one Thousand pounds Sterling money of England & Ioshuah Guibert and Thomas Hutton in the full sume of five hundred pounds Sterling Money of England each To be payd to his Maty his heires and Successors To the paymt well and truely to be made we binde ourselves and every of us our and every of our heires Extrs and Admrs in the whole and for the whole Ioyntly & Severally firmly by there prsents sealed with our seales Dated the 13th day of May 1698. The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounded Gerrard Slye shall in his proper person appear att the Porte of Annapolis in Ann Arundell County before the Justices of the Provinciall Court to be holden the last Tuesday in August 1698 Then and There to Answer to such matters as will be Objected agt him on his Matys behalfe, And stand and abide by the full Determination of the said Court as the Law directs and to be of good behaviour in the mean time to the Governmt and all the Liedge people of this Province. Then the above Obligation to be Voyd, otherwise to stand & remaine and be in full force power and Virtue Signed sealed and delivered Gerrard Slye prsence of [loco Sigilli] Richard Clouds Ios: Guibert [loco Sigilli] Ion Shanks Thomas Hatton [loco Sigilli]
