         Lib. H. D. Sums as shall at any time be remaining in yor hands to such

                prson or prsons to whom the same shall be Ordered by the

                Warrant in Writing or Ordr of our Governr or Comandr in

                Cheif with the advice and Consent of the Councill and not

                otherwise upon any Accot whatsoever.

                  You shall likewise carefully Transmitt unto the said Wm

                Blathwayt every six months or Offtner a ffair State and dis

                tinct Accot Examined by his Deputy, with the prticular

                vouchers of all such Revenues, duty's Customs, Imposts and

                Proffits whatsoever accruing to Us and our Governmt of

                Maryland within the sd Precinct and of all Money and Vallue

                of money received and issued by you pursuant to the Ordr

                and Warrant of our sd Governr or Commander in Cheif as

                aforesd and of all Arrears due unto Us and our Government

                together with the names and habitacOns of all Such persons

                as shall remain in Arrears of their paymts as also Duplicates

                of the sd Accots and papers by the succeeding Oportunity in

                Ordr to be Examin'd by him & prsented to the Commrs of our

                Treasury for their approbation or disallowance of the par

                ticulars therein Contain'd, according to the Course and Prac

                tice in the like Case within our Kingdom of England, and in

                Ordr to Receive their directions from time to time for the

                Improvemt of our Revenue.

                  And to the End you may make and Retain a true and per

                fect Accot of all Receipts and Payments you are to keep dis

                tinct and perfect Entries of the particular branches of our sd

                Revenues in Severall Books to be provided and kept by you

                for that purpose and to transmit unto the sd Wm Blathwayt a

                particular Cattalogue or leager of all prsons answerable unto

                us or Our Governmt for any Dutys or paymts whatsoever as

                also the perticular Sums or vallue of money for which such

            p. 127  persons stand Charged and shall be indebted unto us or our

                Governmt of Maryland from time to time together with Copys

                of all Laws and publick Acts concerning our sd Revenues, and

                you are likewise every six months to transmitt as aforesd a

                Cattalogue of Entry's of all Goods or Comodity's Imported or

                Exported together with the names of the Ships and an Accot

                of their Burthen Guns, and men, the Name of the Masters &

                whither Bound, and Generally you are to keep a Correspond

                ence with our Surveyr and Auditr Genll touching the aforesd

                Revenues and to send to him by all Oportunities all such

                Informations as shall Accrue relating thereto.

                  And in Reguard that it may happen that there may be

                Something which cannot be so well foreseen here, as observed

                by our Governr or Comandr in Cheif, you are therefore to

                follow such Rules and Directions as you shall from time to
