Coniissionated of Dorchester County has made Severall breaches in the Execution of his Office and failed in Answering Severall dues as he ought. It is therefore Considered, that some other person be Commissionated in his Stead. Mr Layfield Read a Peticon of George Layfield Esq and M' & Dixons Pet agt Majr Ihomas Dixon of Somerset County wherein was Whittington set forth Some Complaint agt Majr William Whit-

Ordered that as well the sd Peticon as Reprsentacon be Sent to Mr ffrancis Jenckins Chief Justice of that County Court who is hereby directed and Ordered forthwith to p. 516 Sumons the rest of his Brethren his Associates to Some Convenient place, and make Return of two good & Substan tiall men whom they think most Capable for the Executing such a Trust unto his Exncy the Governr at the port of Ann apolis with all imaginable Speed; to the End one of the sd pTsons may be Commission ated.
