     Number of the Sea ffaring Men within the same which sd list Lib. H. D.

     and Accot so taken they are to transmit unto his Exncy at the

     Port of Annapolis with all imaginable expedition.

    

    

     Ordr to the Ordered that the Justices of the Respective

      County Courts of this Province Omitt not to

     Rd the Comply with the Severall Directions laid down in

             a Certaine Act of Assembly Entituled an Act for

     the better clearing of the Roads and directing all travellrs

     travelling through the Province that pursuant thereto they

     transmi or send an Accot in writing (of what publick Roads

     are Ascertain'd in each County unto his Exncy the Governr &

     Councill with all Convenient Speed.

    

    

     His Exncies His Exncy is pleas'd to Demand of the Board

         ocia- whether the Association lately Signed to by the

     tion signed to Severall Officers in the respective County's of

     this Governmt be necessary to be Offer'd to be Signed by

     any of the rest of the Inhabitants of the Governmt who make

     answer, they do believe there will be no Occasion.

    

    

      Mr Wm ffrisby,s fine of Ordered that the Sherriff of Kent County do

       500 l of Tob: (upon Sight hereof) forbear to Leavy or Cause to

     Ordered to be be Leavyed upon the Body Goods or Chattells

     taken of.         .   . .  .    . .      —

             of Mr Wm ffrisby within his Bayliwick the Sume

     of ffive Hundred pounds of Tobo a certain ffine imposed

     upon him by Law, and now in the Sherriffs hands to Collect,

     the Same being Remitted him by this Board and he is hereby

     accordingly Exonerated of the Same.
