tion of such fines & forfeitures as have been applyed otherwise
then his Maj^tys Royall Commission or Instructions directs
that yo^r Ex^cy will put a favourable Construction upon them
for that they were misapplyed through misunderstanding of
them & not otherwise and for the future shall be prevented
and we are soe farr from taking yo^r Ex^cys admonition amiss
