tion Bond in Maryland, but upon Stress of Weather had been
forced into Ireland, where she had by pmission discharged
105hhds and a parcell in Bulke conteyning 76530l of tobo the
neat Duty whereof at an 1/2 p pd amo to 151l 09s 4d had been
remitted to his Matys Receiver in England upon wch Con-
sid'acon and distress of the said Ship the Honble the Comrs afd
thought fitt to direct the vacating of the Bond given in Mary-
land.
Ordered that before the vacating the aforemencon'd Bond,
Inspection be made what tob: the sd ship then Exported

which if Agreeing that then the said Letter be endorsed
accordingly by the Clk of this Board.
The honble Sr Thomas Laurence Came & was added.
The petetion of John Perry came endorsed from the House
as follows. Vizt
The House Consent that the sd House be removed at the
petrs Charge and placed in such place as the Comrs of the
port of Annapolis shall direct

Vizt
A Bill impowering the Comrs of Caecill County Cort to
hold a Court this prsent year in Aprill read the first tyme and
passed.—
A Supplementary Bill to the Act for Ordinary Keepers and
regulating the number thereof read the first tyme and passed.
His Honor Sr Thomas Laurence Bart Secry being Consent-
ing thereto (to whome the Lycense tob: is due) seeing it is
adjudged to be benificiall to the Country.
The petition of the Widdow Herman read & Assented to
by his Exncy and his Matys honble Councill

By his Ency the Govr and Councill in Assembly
March the 28th 1698.

Severall Resolves of the house of the 26th Inst here reed
and this day read were remarqued as follows. Vizt
As to the Resolve of the house Concerning the allowance
proposed to the Honble his Majties Secretary & Chancellor of
the Province this Board doe Say that vpon discharging what
is due to them Vntill this present time Vpon the former Ordi-
nance of Assembly Which can in no wise bee denyed them It
is Agreed that for the ffuture they bee only Allowed 150ll p
day dureing yr attendance Vpon Councills in Assembly Vnless
they shall be Called to Councill out of Towne.
