tion Bond in Maryland, but upon Stress of Weather had been
forced into Ireland, where she had by pmission discharged
105^hhds and a parcell in Bulke conteyning 76530^l of tob^o the
neat Duty whereof at an 1/2 p p^d am^o to 151^l 09^s 4^d had been
remitted to his Ma^tys Receiver in England upon w^ch Con-
sid'acon and distress of the said Ship the Hon^ble the Com^rs af^d
thought fitt to direct the vacating of the Bond given in Mary-
land.
Ordered that before the vacating the aforemencon'd Bond,
Inspection be made what tob: the s^d ship then Exported

which if Agreeing that then the said Letter be endorsed
accordingly by the Clk of this Board.
The hon^ble S^r Thomas Laurence Came & was added.
The petetion of John Perry came endorsed from the House
as follows. Viz^t
The House Consent that the s^d House be removed at the
pet^rs Charge and placed in such place as the Com^rs of the
port of Annapolis shall direct

ing thereto (to whome the Lycense tob: is due) seeing it is
adjudged to be benificiall to the Country.

Severall Resolves of the house of the 26^th Ins^t here reed
and this day read were remarqued as follows. Viz^t
As to the Resolve of the house Concerning the allowance
proposed to the Hon^ble his Maj^ties Secreta^ry & Chancello^r of
the Province this Board doe Say that vpon discharging what
is due to them Vntill this present time Vpon the former Ordi-
nance of Assembly Which can in no wise bee denyed them It
is Agreed that for the ffuture they bee only Allowed 150^ll p
day dureing y^r attendance Vpon Councills in Assembly Vnless
they shall be Called to Councill out of Towne.
