ington as a Comittee to Ioine with such of his Matys honble
Councill as your Excy shall be pleased to Appoint to settle the
Accts of the Sevrall persons allowed in Tobbacco in the
Iournall of the Comittee of Accts att the rate of ten shill p Cent
and to draw notes for the paymt of the same on the severall
Treasurers of this province if your Excy and the honble Coun-
cill shall Concurr therewith and if your Excy will be pleased to
appoint some of his Maty's Councill that you will please to
nominate them that theire names may be included in
the Bill
