In obedience to your Excys Order in Councill Dated the 29th
of Sept last that we should Consider of and Reporte to your
Excys our opinion upon the petition of Sr Thomas Laurence
Barrt thereunto Annexed wherein he Claims a Right to one
hundred and fifty pounds (part of greater Sums raised by the
Assembly of Maryland for Supporte of the Governmt) now
remaining there indisposed of, we humbly reporte to yor Ex-
cellencys.
