Resolved that all the Rangrs upon Potomack be Disbanded
and noe longer continue in pay.
Ordered that Major Iohn Hamond, Capt Richard Hill, and
Collo John Thompson assist Mr William Taylard in apportion-
ing the publick levy.

That his Excellency comands him and the whole house to
attend on him in Councill Instantly and to bring downe all
bills they have.
Mr Speaker and the whole house goe downe to the Councill
Chamber and Carry the following Bills, Vizt
A Bill for ascertaineing the bounds for a certaine Tract of
Land to the use of the Nanticoake Indians so long as they
shall occupy and live upon the same.
A Bill for Impowering Trustees to purchase land adjoyning
to the fountaines of healing Water Called the Coole Springs.
A Bill for the more Speedy conveighing the publick Letters
and pacquetts of this Province and Settling a Revenue on the
Sherriffs for the defraying the Charge thereof.
A Bill to Entitle Mr Coursey and Eliza his wife or the Sur-
vivour of them to sell and acknowledge such lands as were
left by Collo Vincent Lowe to be sold for the payment of his
Iust Debts.
