cill Chamber out of any designe to have anything paid him

Upon reading your Ex^cys Message by the hon^ble Thomas
Brooke and Iames Frisby Esq^r we have had Recourse to your
Excellencys Letter from the R^t Hon^ble the Lords of the Com-
ittee for Trade and plantacons, and humbly desire that your
Ex^cy would be pleased to Satisfy this house whether your
Excell^cy Referred us to the Said Lre in respect to the three
bills we Desire to be Reenacted or to the Reviveing Bill.

Major Lowe, M^r Ferry and M^r Moreland returne and say
that they have delivered their Message.

Ordered that Major John Thompson, M^r Jn^o Hall and M^r
W^m Taylard Carry the Rough Draught of the apportioning
the aforesaid Eight hundred pounds to his Excellency and
Councill and to informe his Excellency how the same is
Divided.
They returne and say that they have delivered their Mes-
sage and Cott^o Thompson psents the foil Message.

Reposed that an Ordinance pass that the Trea^s on the
Easterne Shore pay unto the severall Persons on the Easterne
Shore the severall sums of money now due and allowed them
and that the Gent: appointed to State the publick Revenue
Draw ord^rs upon those psons in whose hands they shall finde
the publick Stock to pay the Severall psons on the Westerne
Shore according to their Respective allowances in the lists
signed by his Excellency the Gov^r and the hon^ble the Speaker
of the house of Delegates.
