Resolved that the Vane, Globe, and other things thereunto
belonging that were sent for be paid for by the Country.
A Bill for appointing how publick officers shall recovr their
dues accruing by their offices being comitted for amendmt
was brought in and read and passed for engrossing.

Whereas there is in the hands of the publick Treasr of the
Eastern Shoare the sum of 8480l of Tobo and in the hands of
the publick Treasr of the Western Shoare the sum of 5337l
of Tobo this house humbly pray your Excy that the same may
be applied towards defraying of the publick charge.

Ordered that the Comittee of Laws put in a clause in the
reviveing bill, that whereas the act made 1692 Entitled an Act
relating to Servts and Slaves, being a ppetuall Law by mis-
take was put into the reviveing bill in Iuly 1696.
That it is the sense of this house that the putting the same
into the said reviveing Bill but for three years or to the end
