Ordered that M^r Thomas Hicks, Major Iohn Lowe and M^r
John Bozman be appointed to Joyne with two of the hon^ble
Councill whom his Ex^cy shall appoint to Consult and agree of
what Timber to make the roofe of the church.
Ordered that the said psons carry the s^d Message to his
Ex^cy and Councill.

As to the bill proposed to repeale the Act for the Imposition
upon officers, it is thought adviseable that the s^d Bill Expire
of it selfe which will be shortly neither is it usuall for Laws to
looke backward and remitt what is already done, likewise his
