much time and Treasr as now hath been in doing very little
settling the disputes dayly ariseing abt the bounds of Land,
settling the matter between the Lord Baltemore and his Majtys
Subjects here about the Conditions of Plantations &c. and
many other things of like nature which would better become
your care and time.
So desireing you seriously to consider what you have done
and what you have and ought to do we bid you farewell.

Resolved by this house that they will receive no new Mes-
sages or any new matter but proceed to finish and compleat
such business as now Lyes before them and to lay the publick
Leavy dureing this Sessions.
The Comittee for Inspecting the publick accts of this pro-
vince prsent their Journall which was ordered to be read, and
was accordingly read.
Ordered that the sd Comittee carry the sd Iournall to his
Excy and Councill.

attending on the Councill this sessions.
Put to the vote if he shall be allowed or not.
Carried Nemine Contradicente in the negative.
Moved by Collo Iohn Thompson, that this house would
make some resolve for the Concludeing a peace with the
Indians at the head of the bay.
Referred to his Excys prudence and Conduct to the making
peace with the Susquahannochs and Shoetoroetoes alias
naked Indians as he in his Wisdome shall thinke fitt.
Bill Impowering Mr Wm Coursey and Eliza his wife to sell
Lands &c.

Bill for preventing pyrates and privateers
Bill explaining part of an Act Entitled an Act
for secureing Exors and admrs
Bill Impowering Trustees to purchase Land
for the Coole Springs &c

Bill for preventing Sherriffes sumoning Delegates &c: as
Iurors read the second time.

Bill for repealing the Act ascertaining the bounds of Land
for the Nanticoake Indians read the 2d time.

Bill for repealing an Act Entitled an Act for defraying the
publicke charge of this province read the 2d time.

Ordered that Major Thomas Smith Collo John Thompson
and Mr Iohn Hall carry the said bills to his Excy and Councill.
