Proposed that the house give leave to Lieut Collo Thomp-
son to go home and fetch his navall officers accos which are
now much wanted in regard that the Kings receivers and all
others accts cannot be Compleated without them which are
now to be sent to the Right honble the Lords of the Comittee
of Trade and plantacons.
This house cannot spare such Members.
Mr R Beard and severall other Sherriffes peticons referred
to the house to consider thereof Referred till to morrow
morning to a full house
Proposed that whereas Iohn Perry dyed before he entered
upon his yeares Service for which he agreed with the house
his Excy being willing to putt the Country to as little charge
as might be haveing yett occasion for his Majtys Service to
send to his Excy the Earle of Bellemont his Majtys Govr of New
Yorke and twice to Virginia Imployod one Mr Ioseph Mann
for which services by him performed and more of the like
nature to be done.
It is recomended that he be allowed 25l the one halfe of
what Mr Perry was to have had which is hoped will be all that
is needfull for this yeare

Inspecting the Public officers accts in the roome of Mr Thomas

Mr Wm Bladen Clk: of his Majtys honble Councill enters the
House and presents Mr Speaker with large margented paper
to transcribe the Iournall of this Sessions of Assembly on,
according to the directions of their Ldshipps the Lds of the
Comittee for Trade and foreigne plantations, and the like for
the publicke Treasurers to draw up their accos on.
Ordered that Lieut Collo Thompson and Mr Iohn herry
carry the answers to his Exey concerning former proposalls
which were read this morning to his Excy and Councill.
Ordered that Mr Edward Lloyd and Majr Walter Smith be
Joyned to the rest of the members of this house that are upon
the Comittee of aggreivances.
