Joseph Mann, for which services by bim pformed and more of
the like nature to be done It is recomended that he be allowed
25^ll the halfe of what M^r Perry was to have had which is hoped
will be all that is needfull for this year

The Councill Sate in Assembly p^resent as yesterday A Bill
explayning what bills and Obligations were intended to be
excepted in the latter part of the Act for securing Adm^rs and
Ex^rs from doble paym^t of Debts and lymitting the paym^t of
Obligat consid^le in this Province, read the first tyme.
Ordered that the said Bill do lye upon the Table and that
this Boarde do Consider of an Additionall Clause to oblige
his L^dp to deliver up such persons obligations as shall appeare
to be paid.
