His Ex^cy is pleased to tell the Gentⁿ of the Councill th^t in as
much as Cood, Slye and Clarke haue in their Articles objected
ag^t him that the papists had a Chappell at S^t Marys which
they make use of He will therefore lay this Ma^tys Royall
Instruction following before the house that they may give
their Opinion thereon
The petition of M^rs Elizabeth Bourne Widdowe clayming
for a protested Bill of Exche. her husband paid for this Pro-
vince being read is referrd to the Consid^ration of the house of
Delegates
This Board adjournd untill Tuesday

person might be appointed to take his oath thereto

Court who is hereby Ordered to take and Certifye the same
