Present as on yesterday.
Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer Pay to Benja-
min Amos twelve Pounds, three shillings and nine Pence and
also the further sum of Thirteen Pounds nine shillings for the
use of Robert Amos per Accts passed by the A. G.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Colo Benjamin Chambers
nine hundred and sixty five Pounds four shillings and two
Pence half penny to be delivered over to Ezek Forman and
the further sum of Forty Pounds ten shillings due himself as
per Accounts passed by the Aud. General.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Michael Allen six Pounds for
riding Express from Balto with the money sent from Congress.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Andrew Wilison Thirty six
Pounds for the use of Samuel Chester per Account passed
by the A Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Zachariah Gaither Thirty
two Pounds twelve shillings for the use of Richard Lawrence
p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl.
An Order on the Sheriff of Frederick County to Colo Otho
H. Williams for two thousand Dollars for the recruiting Ser-
vice was this Day returned no use being made of the same.
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut
John Packam 7 yds. Linen, Drilling for two pair Breeches
Cloth for a Coat & Waistcoat & Trimmings.
Commissions issued to Daniel Smith appointed first Lieut
Christian Smith second Lieut, of Capt. Simkins Company in
the Catoctin Batt. of Militia in Frederick County.
