Ordered That John Smith Brooks purchaser of Provisions

under the Continental Commissary receive of Thomas Duckett
the twenty bushels Salt sent to Queen Anne in February last,
to be charged to the Continent if not when delivered
Commission of Letter of Marque and Reprisal issued to
Alexander Murray Master of the Brig Saratoga mounting 12
Carriage Guns and 8 Swivels navigated by 20 Men belonging
to Samuel & Robert Purviance and others of Baltimore and
Dated 20th October 1777 also to David Porter master of the
Sloop Delight mounting 6 Carnage Guns & 6 Carbins navi-
gated by 8 Men belonging to Hugh Young and others of
Baltimore
Outerbridge Horsey, James Leach & William Landon having
been brought before this Board and they being charged by
Daniel Bryan, John Fanning Levin Langrell, Hampton Round
William Bishop and David Sprung with inimical Conduct to
this State; And it Appearing to this Board that their going at
Large may be dangerous, It is Ordered that Capt. Campbell
take the said Horsey Leach & Landon into his Custody in
order that due inquiry may be made therein
