Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Alexander
Contee Hanson Esqr Two hundred and thirty four Pounds,
seven shillings and six Pence due him p Account passed by
the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Alexander Contee
Hanson Judge of the General Court five hundred Pounds p
Advance according to a Resolve of the Genl Assembly
That the said Treasurer pay to William Goldsmith three
hundred and sixty eight Pounds five shillings p Acct passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Gale I pr
Leather Breeches for the use of his Compy
On the Petition of Charles Daley who was inlisted to serve
as a Marine in the Service of this State setting forth that he
hath been for almost three years incessantly in the Hospital
so unwell that he has not been able to perform his Duty and
Como Grason informing the Governor and Council that the
facts aforesaid as set forth in his Petition were true. It is
ordered that the said Charles Daley be discharged from the
Service
Colo Ephraim Blaines Commission as Depy Commissary
General of Purchases in the Army of the United States dated
the 6th of August 1777 was produced to this Board and
Licence is hereby given to him to act as such within this State
also the Commission of Patrick Ewing of Cecil County Assis-
tant Depy Commissary of Purchases for Cecil and Kent Coun-
ties. The Como of Conrod Theo. Wedderstrandt of Queen
Annes, Assistant Dy Comy of Purchases for Queen Anns,
Talbot & Below. The Como of Nathl Potter of Caroline,
Assistant Dy Comy of Purchases for Caroline County.

Commissary of Purchases for Harford County. The Como of
Robert Buchanan Assist. Depy Comy of Purchases for Balti-
more County. The Commission of Thomas Richardson of
Montgy County Assistant Deputy Commissary of Purchases
