Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut
Jacques Bagness of Capt Campbells Co of Matrosses as much
Serge Demin as will make a Suit of Cloaths
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Danl Proctor
a 9 Mo Soldier in the 5th Regimt Discharged Twenty eight
Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing, David Welsh a 9 Mo Soldr
in the 6 Regimt Discharged, Sixteen Pounds, thirteen shil-
lings & six Pence in Cloathing William Greenwood a 9 Mo Soldr
in the 5 Regt Discharged Twenty seven Pounds, ten shillings
in Cloathing, Michael Impey a 9 Mo Soldr in the 5 Regt Dis-
charged Twenty eight Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing &
Charles Diamond a 9 Mo Soldr in the 5th Regt Dischd Twenty
eight Pounds ten shillgs in Cloathing due them by the Act of
Assy to procure Troops for the American Army
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Mark
Alexander five hundred and thirty six Pounds due him for
Damages done his House and Rent p Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl

Thursday 29 July 1779

Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Isaac
McKey a 9 Mo Soldier in the 5th Regt Twenty seven Pounds
in Cloathing & to John Ryalls a 9 Mo Soldier of the 5th
Regimt Twenty nine Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing, due
them by Act of Assembly to procure Troops for the American
Army
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Doctr John
Johnson Serge Demin suff' for a Suit of Cloaths
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Sadler
of Capt Furnivals Co of Matrosses in Baltimore 10 yds Serge
Dimin with Trimings
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Cowman
One hundred and Eighty Pounds for the use of Thomas Snow-
den per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Smoot one hundred and
nineteen Pounds three shillings and six pence & twenty eight
Pounds, five shillings due himself also six Pounds for the use
of Jacob Staten per Accts passed by the Aud. Genl and six
Pounds, three shillings and nine pence for the use of Jesse
Wall a 9 Mo Soldr in the 2d Regt Discharged bala due him
in leiw of Cloathing allowed by the General Assembly
That the said Treasurer pay to William Logan one hundred
and forty Pounds due him per Account passed by the Aud
Genl
