Present as on Saturday. Thomas Sim Lee Esq. Attended
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut
Gale Serge Denim sufficient for a Suit of Cloathes
That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Green three
hundred and sixty one Pounds, nineteen shillings and three
pence due him per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
Commission of Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Robert Caulfield commander of the Schooner Baltimore 50
Tons burthen mounting 6 Carriage Guns & 8 small Arms
belonging to William Smith & others of Baltimore

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John
Gordon Sixty nine Pounds two shillings and six Pence for the
Use of Matthias Messersmith also Ninty four Pounds, eleven
shillings and three pence and one thousand and forty five
Pounds due himself per Accounts passed by the Audr General.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Calhoun Esqr one
thousand six hundred and ten Pounds six shillings due him
per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Mary Tripolett, two thous-
and seven hundred and twenty four Pounds, seven shillings
and six Pence due for Damages of Her Houses &ca per
Account allowed by the House of Delegates and passed by
the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Anthony Smith a
Soldier in the 1 Regimt 1 Shirt and Check sufft for a pr Over-
alls
That the said Commissary deliver to Elisha McDaniel a 9
Mo Soldr in the 7th Regt Discharged twenty four Pounds, ten
shillings in Cloathing and also William Briggs a 9 Mo Soldier
in the 7 Regt Discharged Twenty eight Pounds, ten shillings
in Cloathing due them by the Act of Assembly to procure
Troops for the American Army
That the said Commissary deliver to Serjt John Neary (per
Lre from Colo Stone) of the 1 Regt 4 pr Shoes, 2 Coatees I
pr Overalls, 2 Hatts and one pair Leather Breeches
Ordered that the Lieutenant of Dorchester County send
forward to Chester Ton in Kent County under a proper
Guard of the Militia of Dorchester County the British
prisoners of War sent by the Lieutenant of Somerset County
to Cambridge and that the said prisoners be delivered at
Chester Town to the Lieut of Kent County who is to send
