hundred and forty nine Pounds fifteen shillings for the use of
John H. Stone, Seven Pounds ten Shillings for the use of
Abraham Barron and four Pounds twelve shillings and six
Pence for the use of William Barton Smoot per Accounts
passed by the Aud. Genl

Ordered that Mr Crisall deliver to Capt Bryan 10 Barrels
Pork for the use of the Gallies
Mr James Williams in behalf of himself and Mr Samuel
Chase agrees with the Governor and Council for the 10 four
Pounders on board the Johnson at £1000 pr pair to be paid
for at the same Time that the Money for the Gallies is to be
paid
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Woolman
Gibson Twenty two Pounds seventeen shillings & six Pence
due him per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Lynch two
hundred and Eighty one Pounds five shillings due him per
Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Lynch Two
thousand Dollars to be delivered over to Lieut John Bailey
of the 3d Regt to be expended in the recruiting Service and to
be accounted for
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Lynch of the 5th
Regimt Six hundred Dollars to be expended in the Recruiting
Service & to be Accounted for
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beard Three
hundred and Fifty one Pounds due him per Acct passed by
the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt Lynch serge
Demin sufft for 3 pair Breeches for Lieut Bailey of the 3d
Regt & Capt Cromwell & Lieut Shelmerdine of the 4th Regt
to be charged accordingly & suff' for 2 pr for himself
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut
Bagness 2 pair of Trousers
