Hopkins a 9 Mo Soldier in the 7 Regt Discharged Twenty
nine Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing and also to William
Blades a 9 Mo Soldier in the 7 Regt Discharged Twenty nine
Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing due them by an Act of As-
sembly to procure Troops for the American Army
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Serjeant
Perrott of the 2d Regimt 3 Blankets and 2 pair Shoes for said
Regimt
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Serjeant
Halkerston of the 3d Regt 13 Shirts, 13 Coatees 13 pair Over-
alls 13 pair Shoes, 13 Blankets & 13 Knapsacks for so many
Recruits belonging to the 1 Regimt and to be charged to the
same.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Jonathan Rawlings
Twenty one Pounds five shillings due him per Account passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Wallace Esqr
Paymaster one thousand Pounds on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Muir three thousand
nine hundred and fifty nine Pounds, five shillings & three
pence for the use of Wilkins & Muir per Accounts passed by
the Aud. Genl
Ordered that the following Resignation of James Hindman
Esquire be inserted

Annapolis June 26th 1779
Sir.
Private business calling me to the Eastern shore, which will
detain me some considerable length of time, and thinking it
inconsistant to hold a place when I cannot attend to the Duties
of it, must request you to accept this as a Resignation of my
Seat at your Honorable Board, and am with great Esteem and
Respect.

Ordered that Mr Goldsmith deliver to Capt Gordon 2 Sides
Leather for the Independence Galley
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William
