Ratalack five hundred Pounds for the use of Ridge & Ratal-
ack on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Philemon Warfield ten
pounds due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Reverdy Ghiselin one
hundred and forty eight Pounds for the use of Mary Ghiselin
due her per Acct passed by the Depy Aud.
The Governor & Council have agreed to dispose of to Mr
Chase 144 pounders from the Baltimore, 2 4 pounders from
the Molly, 2 long 3s from the Molly 4 3 pounders English
from the Smallwood & 4 Carriages for the 4 pounders at
£1000 pr pair for the 4 pounders and £ 875 pr pair for the
three pounders and the Carriages at the current price Order
to Capt Gordon to deliver them to Mr Chase's Order to be
paid for in six weeks

Thursday 24 June 1779

Present as on Yesterday Thomas Sim Lee Esq. Attended
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert
Reith Fourteen Pounds Eleven shillings and Eight pence for
I Mo Allowance as Messenger to the Council due 23d Inst.
That the said Treasurer pay to Mary Logan Twenty five
Pounds, to be delivered over to William Logan per Acct

passed by the Depy Aud.

That the said Treasurer pay to Aquila Paca two thousand
five hundred Pounds to be delivered over to Richard Dallam
Esqr to be by him expended in the Purchase of Wheat &
Flour & Accounted for
That the said Treasurer pay to Simon Ratalack Two
hundred and sixty seven Pounds seventeen shillings and six
Pence for the use of Ridge and Ratalack per Accounts passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Annis thirty Pounds
per Acct passed by the Depy Aud.
That George Keeports deliver to Mr Chase 50l Musket
Powder and 400l Cannon Powder, the Musket Powder to be
at the Baltimore Price
Mr Stephen Steward is requested to deliver to Samuel
Chase Esq. or his Order 16 Carriages for four pounders if he
thinks they will answer his purpose
