[Council to T. Richardson.]

In Council Annapolis 16th April 1779
Sir.
In Answer to yours of the 15th Inst we think it will be much
the best for you to continue drawing the Money as you used
to do. What of the Wheat may be collected in Montgomery,
by Majr Brooke we wish also to be delivered to you and that
the whole may be manufactured and sent forward as soon
as possible; what can be sent to your Mills conveniently,
we would chuse to have ground up there. By a Letter
from Mr Govr Morris, they want from this State 2000
Blls of Flour by the first of May, 3000 more by the first of June
& 5000 in that Month. By a Letter from Colo Hollingsworth
of the 10th Inst he then had about 15000 Bushels of Forage
stored at the Head of Elk; he seems to be under strong
Expectations that his Difficulties are over about Forage.
