Thursday Ist April 1779

Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William
Hyde Two hundred and Eighty six Pounds, fifteen shillings
for the Use of William Goldsmith due him p ace' passed by
the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Beriah Maybury one
hundred and forty one Pounds Thirteen shillings & six pence
clue him per Acct passed by the Depy Aud. and also the fur-
ther Sum of Fifty Pounds on Account
After three Days spent in examining Witnesses on both
Sides on a Memorial presented to the Governor & Council
by James Draine, Marsh Marine Duvall, Benjamin Belt, Joseph
Duvall, and James Draine junr against James Mullikin pray-
ing that he might be removed from the Magistracy of Prince
Georges County, It was recommended by his Excellency &
the Council to the Parties, to make up and settle all Differ-
ences subsisting between them and in future to live in Peace.
Whereupon the Memorialists agree to withdraw their Memor-
ial and We the Subscribers agree that all Differences &
Disputes which have heretofore subsisted between Us be
buried in Oblivion and that we will not revive the same and
that this shall be published in the News Paper

Saturday 3d April 1779

Present as on Thursday
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Zephaniah
Turner Esqr Ninty eight Pounds seventeen shillings & six
pence per Account passed by the Depy Aud
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Friend Sixty Pounds,
due him per Account passed by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Annis seven Pounds,
ten shillings due him for burying a Soldier per Acct passed
by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw, Three hundred
and two Pounds, sixteen shillings per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Johnson nine
Pounds, fifteen shillings per Account passed by the Depy
Audr
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut, Baquess
of Capt. Campbells Compy two pair of Shoes.
