Turner Esq^r One hundred Pounds, due him per Acc^t passed

Commissions issued to John Bruce app^d I^st Lieut and John
Green 3^d Lieut, of the Galley Chester and also to James Nich-
olson appointed Capt. Thomas Moore first Lieut, John Martin
2^d Lieut, & Robert Caulfield 3^d Lieut, of the Galley Conqueror,
during her intended Cruise
You are hereby directed and impowered to take the Com-
mand of the Chester Galley during her intended Cruise as
Captain of her in the same Manner and as fully as if you had
been appointed by your Commission Captain of the said Galley.

plaint against James Mullikin we have therefore and on his

day the 29^th Instant for a Hearing at which Time we request
your Attendance.
