Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Comm0
Thomas Grason, Twenty two Pounds, ten shillings the Bounty
paid two Marines Richd Hughbanks & Patrick Howard of
30 Dollars each also One hundred and Fifty Pounds the
Bounty paid John Proband, Daniel Perry, Stephen Price,
Joseph Sagar, John Phillips, David Giles, Lewis Geral, John
Francis Wood, Robert Lloyd and John Hellen of 40 Dollars
each
That the said Treasurer pay to Commo Thomas Grason,
Two hundred and thirty five Pounds seven shillings on Account
of the Galley Independence, One hundred & seventy nine
Pounds, Fifteen shillings on Acct of the Galley Baltimore, Three
hundred & sixty eight Pounds, seventeen shillings & six pence
on Account of the Chester Galley, and also the further Sum of
Three hundred and Seventy four Pounds on Acct of the Galley
Conqueror per Pay rolls examd and passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Johnson Forty nine
Pounds ten Shillings p Acct passed by the Depy Audr

With the advice of the Council I have thought fit that all
Proceedings should be stayed against John Clark, William
Justice and Edward Alexander on any Presentment against
them found in Cecil County Court for a Riot and you are here-
by directed to stay any further Prosecution against them or
either of them for the Cause aforesaid and as to them the
said John Clark, William justice and Edward Alexander enter
a Nolle Prosequi
To the Atty Genl of Maryland or the Prosecuter of the
Criminal pleas in Cecil County Courts
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. John
Dean Two hundred and thirteen Pounds, Eighteen shillings
& Eight Pence due him and his Compy p Acct passed by the
p. Cl. to the Audr Genl and also the further Sum of One hun-
dred and Fifty Pounds due him as an Officer of the 5th Mary-
land Regiment per Resolve of the Genl Assembly.
