Beatty One hundred and Fifty Pounds for the use of Colo
Lodowick Weltner of the German Battalion due him by a
Resolve of the Genl Assemy.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Richard Davis Fifty
eight Pounds and Eight Pence due him p Acct passed by the
Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty Esqr the
followg Sums for the Use of the Persons to whose names the
sums are annexed James Smith Two Pounds thirteen shillings
& nine Pence, John Linch four Pounds ten shillings William
Beckwith Head seven Pounds ten shillings Christo Neislinger,
Three Pounds ten shillings, Richard Haff & his Compy One
hundred and six Pounds. Richard Richards Three Pounds,
Edward Richards Three Pounds, Capt Jacob Good & his
Compy Forty one Pounds, twelve shillings & six pence, Capt.
John Richardson & his Compy Ninty two Pounds, fifteen shil-
lings, Capt Abraham Lemaster & his Compy Forty two Pounds,
Capt Willm Beckwith Head & his Compy forty Eight Pounds,
eleven shillings & Eight Pence, Capt. Thomas Beatty & his
Compy Fifty one Pounds, one shilling & six pence due them

Hands & Seals that 9 Barrels of flour in the Hands of John
Poe, 433 the property of Ralph Smith of Boston & 630 the
property of Mr Durant of Boston was adjudged to be seizable
under an Act of Assembly of this State and was by our Order
delivered to Robert Buchanan Esqr Assistant Commissary.
