Judges of the Court of Appeals in Harford County in the
room of John Matthews, James Osburn, Samuel Webb, John
Love & Thomas Bond son of Thomas who never Acted
John Leach Knight of Cecil County is discharged from his
Assessment, laid under any Acts of Assembly passed antece-
dent to the last Sessions

[Council to Mullikin.]

In Council Annapolis 23d Febry 1779
Sir.
The Original of which the inclosed is a Copy, was delivered
into the Hands of the Governor this Morning and by him laid
before the Council. Esteeming it our indispensible Duty to
attend to the Complaint and as we can be best enabled to do
Justice to the Public and to your Character, by hearing your
Accusers and you Face to Face, we have appointed Wednes-
day the 10th of next Month for that Purpose, presuming it a

convenient Time for all Parties, if it should be otherwise we
shall, on knowing it, readily appoint another Day.

We have appointed Wednesday the 10th of next Month for
hearing your Allegations against Mr Mullikin which we have
notified to him by Letter and have further informed him as we

Parties we shall, on knowing it, readily appoint another Day.
