A Proclamation.
With the Advice of the Council and agreeable to the
Request of the General Assembly of this State, I do hereby
appoint Wednesday the thirtieth Day of this Month of Decem-
ber to be observed throughout this State as a Day of public
Thanksgiving and Praise agreeable to the Recommendations
contained in the annexed Act of Congress
Given at Annapolis this fifteenth Day of December in the
year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy

five Pounds per Account passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud.
