shillings for the use of James Littell per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. James Kent seven
pound, one shilling & six pence per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Isaac McHard two hundred
and sixteen pounds, ninteen shillings & seven Pence for the
use of Charles Downes per Account passed by the Prinl Cl. to
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Johnson one hundred
and twenty seven pounds, ten shillings for the use of Richard
Ridgely per Acct passed by A G.
Sir, The Naval Officer of Baltimore has reported to us his
Seisure of the Sloop Friendship for a Breach of our late Act
to Prohibit the Exportation of Wheat &ca and has requested
a Guard to be placed on board her to secure the Vessell and
prevent any Embezzlement. We therefore request you'll place
a Guard on board her till the Marshal of the Admiralty Court
shall take possession of her and that you will take special care
that no embezzlement or injury of any kind be done of or to
the Vessel or Cargo.

Present as on yesterday.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo Peter
Waters eight pounds sixteen shillings & eight pence for the
use of Wm Waters, seven pounds ten shillings for the use of
John Horsey and six pounds for the use of Thomas Irving
per Accounts passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Peter Harrington Fifty two
pounds ten shillings due himself and Fifteen Pounds for the
use of William Harrington per Accounts passed by the Prinl
Cl. to the Aud. Genl

Dear Sir
A considerable Detachment consisting of the new levies left
New-York the beginning of last week. It is believed they
sailed directly for the West Indies.
By a letter recd from Lord Sterling yesterday morning it
appears that the Troops on Staten Island are ready to embark
and only wait for the return of part of their Regiments sent on
