Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo George
Day Scott, fifty four Pounds, eight shillings for the use of
He'ber Whittingham, Eight Pounds, seven shillings for the
use of John Bloodsworth, Twenty eight, three shillings for the
use of Sarah Done per Accts passed by the Principal Cl. to the
Aud. Genl four Pounds thirteen shillings, and ten Pence half
penny for the use of Benjamin Wailes per Acct passed by the
Board of Auditors the 7 Jany 1778 and five hundred and forty
two Pounds, and two pence on Account.

Sir.
George Hutton was, in April last adjudged a Vagrant, by
Colo Haslet of Caroline County; he thinks himself agreived
by the Adjudication and appeals to the Governor and Coun-
cil. We must request you to enquire of Colo Haslet upon
what Grounds he formed his Opinion and also to take and
transmit to this Board, by a safe Opportunity any Depositions
you and the Colo may think necessary to establish the Adjudi-
