Thirty seven Pounds, sixteen shillings for the use of Andrew
Scott as per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Lieut Edward Wright of the
7th Regt forty two Pounds due to him per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer Pay to James Calhoun one thousand
eight hundred and eighty six Pounds, twelve shillings & six
Pence Amt of Acct passed by the A G.
That the said Treasurer Pay Daniel Bryan ninty one Pounds
and six Pounds six shillings & three pence Amt of Acct passed
by the Principal G. to the A G.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Joel Higginbottom
of the Galley Independence 7 yds Linen and one pair Shoes.

In Council Annapolis 18th June 1778.
Sir.
This (Copy of the Letter of the 3d Apl 1778) is the fifth
Copy of the foregoing; we hope some of the former have
reached you. It is not unlikely that the Change in our Affairs
may enable you to ship the Goods on a reasonable Freight in
several Vessels to this Bay, insured if you can, it is the most
desirable, but, by all Means, divide the Articles, so that some
of each may be in several Bottoms.

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer Pay to Henry
Ridgely Nine Pounds for Waggon hire p Certa allowed by
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Smoot three Pounds
eighteen shillings and nine pence for the use of Edward
Pritchart, seven Pounds two shillings for the use of Thomas
Marshall and four Pounds seven shillings and ten pence for
the use of Jacob Staten per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That Mr Crysall deliver to George Piercy half hhd Whiskey
for the Galley Conqueror.
Commissions issued to Charles Dickinson, Richard Mason
Benson Stainton, Nathaniel Potter and Mathew Driver ap-
pointed Justices of the Orphans Court in Caroline County.
