Ordered That the western shore Treasurer Pay to Samuel
Staning eighteen Pounds, one shilling & three Pence due to
him per Acct Passed by the A G.
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Wilmot Junr eleven
pounds seven shillings and six Pence for going Express to
Queen Annes County per Account passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Bullen two hundred &
eighty Dollars the Bounty of Recruits enlisted for the first
Regt
Ordered That the Commissary of stores deliver to John
Green Master of the Chester Galley Sundries per List sent
That the western shore Treasurer Pay to Capt Beriah May-
bury twenty five Pounds, eighteen shillings and six Pence due
him per Acct passed by the A Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Capt. Beriah Maybury fifty
Pounds on Acct
That the said Treasurer Pay to William Jones four thousand
Dollars to be delivered over to Colo Steward Purchaser of
Provisions in Somerset County to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer Pay to Samuel Duvall three thou-
sand one hundred and sixty Pounds ten shillings and one
Penny to be delivered over to the Militia of Frederick County
under the Command of Colo Baker Johnson due them whilst
in actl Service per Accts passed by the Aud. General
That the said Treasurer Pay to Capt. Horatio Clagget four
hundred and eighty six Pounds bala of Account passed by the
Aud Genl and the further Sum of two hundred Pounds on
Acct for the recruiting Service to be charged to the 3d Mary-
land Regiment
That the said Treasurer Pay to Capt. Horatio Clagget fif-
teen Pounds for the use of David Crawford per acc't passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Capt H. Clagget, four
thousand Dollars to be delivered over to Thomas Clagget,
Purchaser of Provisions in Prince Georges County on Account.
Commissions issued to John Hanson Junr Lancelot Jacques,
William Murdock Beall Comard Grosh & Joseph Wood ap-
pointed Judges of the Court of Appeals for Frederick County
and also to William Winder, John Adams, Thomas Sloss
Whitby McClemmy & Henry Jackson Judges of the Court of
Appeals for Somerset County.
