Sr Tho: Ordered that Sr Thomas Laurence deliver as Laurence Order'd to much powder & Ball as is represented by Coll deliver pow. Hutchins & Coll Browne to be Necessary & Wanting der & Ball to Coll Hut- in Dorchester and Somerset Counties for the de chins&Coll fence & Security of those parts. Browne
Capt Addi- Ordered that Capt John Addison of Charles County son & Capt Holliday and that Capt Thomas Holliday of Calvert County Empower'd have hereby full Power to Examine the Widow of to Examine Witnesses James Lysle as Evidence agt the Anacostin King, abt the suspected to be concerned in the Murthering her Murther of Lysle husband; as likewise all other Evidence or Evidences which shall be produced before them in that behalfe.
Addition of 1 Ordered that there be delivered to Coll Nicho Barrll of fine powder & Greenberry or Ordr one barrell of fine powder & p. 103 501 of shot ffifty Weight of shot more than what was afore to Coll Greenberry Ordered him by this Board.
Coll Beale Ordered that there be care taken to send one Ordered 1 Barrll of barrel of fine powder & 100 l of shot & bullet to Mr powdr & Platers at Petuxant, by him to be delivered Unto 100 l shot. Coll Ninian Beale for the defence & security of Calvert County.
Comission Produced the Comission for Tryall of the Ana for Try all of the Indian costin King, being read was Ordered to pass the Orderdto Broad Seale with blanck to be left for the time pass the Seale of Tryall.
Ordr tes- Vpon Representation of the Comissary Genll of tamentary pceedings this Province; Ordered that the Justices & Comis lyeing sioners of the severall & respective Counties within lodged in the Counties the same doe imediately vpon sight hereof direct & to be trans- Order the severall Clerks belonging to their Courts mitted to the Comis- to inspect and Examine their Records & Papers for
