Richard Charlet of Calvert County deceased and made void by a Speciall Court of Delegates, which being read; Ordered that the same be Referred to be heard Saturday next & that all Persons therein concerned have notice to attend therevpon accordingly. Proclamation Ordered that Proclamation be prepared declare ing Sr Thomas Laurence to be President of the rence Presi- Councill dureing the absence of the Governor or Comander in Chiefe. Wth accordingly was done

Maries County deceased in the time of the Revolution, by
Capt John Dent, with whose Widow he hath since intermarryed;
Ordered that what Guns & Amunition of the said Capt Bowlings were taken away by the said Capt Dent be delivered
