whereof George Bass is Master particularly That She doth beloncr to Merchts in Exon, Their Mats English Capt Bass Cer- g • d tificate abt the Born Subjects, You are to Suffer the s Ship or Ship Charles of Vessell (the master and three ffourths of the Topsham. Marriners at least being also English) to Load
Tobo at Virga or Maryland and to proceed therewith to some Port of England Wales or Berwick, The said Ship being to pay noe other or greater Duties for such Tobacco as she shall there load than an English built Ship.
