     Six powder tryars more, six Lanthorns, six brass Cumpasses, Lib. H. D.

   six horse pickers six perspective Glasses.

     Twelve Molds for Musket, Carabin & Pistoll Bullets.

     Twelve Worms, Twelve Sockets, Twelve budge barrells to

   Carry powder in.

     ffifty hand Bills.                        Whitehall

     That the Rest of the Money be laid out in Granadoes Arms

   for foot, Vizt Slung ifusees Sanguin'd or otherwise fited the.

   best way to keep them from Rust with Cartouch boxes &

   hatchets answerable.

  

  Ordr abt   the Whereas by a late Ordinance of Assembly it is

        to be directed that the impost of 3s p hhd upon Tobacco

   building the due to the Countrey shall (for and dureing the con-

   Church at

  Annapolis. tinuance of one whole year) be appropriated for and

           towards building a Church at Annapolis & paid to

   his Exncy for that Vse; Ordered therefore that those Officrs

   Collecting the other Duties, due & payable to his Exncy doe

   at the same time include the sd Additionall Duty of 35 p hhd

   in his Exncys Bills, but that (for their own Security and Satis- Whitehall

   faction of the Countrey) they keep an Exact Accot thereof for

   which his Exncy will be Answerable & accountable to the

   Countrey accordingly.

     Vpon Representacon; Ordered that a Commission issue to

   Constitute Mr Philip Brisco of Charles County to be one of Whitehall

   the Coroners of the County.

     Presented to the Board by the honrble Coll: David Brown

             David Brown complaining Saith that Samll

   thington Worthington (for Some unknown Reasons to me) P 415

   intercepted as was thought the Military address for our County

   to be Signed, dayly expecting the same to have come through

   my hand, at last was brought by Samll Worthington who in

   great hast commanded its Signment & accordingly was done,

   Supposing That he might have Some Ordr from a Comandr

   to see the same perfected. But after a long time Came Wm

   Bozman Subsheriff & told me he had the Address I told him

   had Signed it Some weeks passed & if notwithstanding Sam:

   had put a trick upon some person, yet if the 5th of Novr

   Signing (if fairer weather) that the Northren Officers could

   meet I would (notwithstanding Sam: many former Affronts

   with this) do what then would be done in the mean time do

   with it according as he had begune &cca The abovesd Sam: in
