Oath to the sd proceedings; Ordered thereupon that the sd Lib. H. D. Ordinance of Assembly and all other Ordrs from this Board relating thereto be suspended and Set aside, And that the sd Withers Answer and pay unto the sd Vestrymen the afore mentioned Sume of 6030 lbs of Tobo by them to be disposed off according as they have already Ordered and that vpon the sd Withers refusall or delay of paymt they proceed agt him to Recover the same by Law.
