     The Cons- Ordered that the Sherriffs do procure from the

     Order'd to severall Constables within their Respective Bayli

     Return List wicks, the List of Taxables by them to be Return'd

     of Taxables .

            vnto his Exncy the Governr & Councill by the 1st day

     of July next, wherein they are to be very exact & to follow the

     Directions of the Law in that Case, and tht they further take Sffes about

     care (where they find any supernumerary Tythables, which by Supernumerary Tyth-

     former Ordrs from this Board they were directed diligently to ables.

     tices of the County Court to be held in June next & make

     Oath to the same in Ordr that due Credit may be given to the

     Countrey, the Counties & parishes where such supernumerary

     Tythables live; which sd Lists so proved are afterwards to be

     ed; And further Ordered that the Sherriffs do by the sd time

     Return an Accot of their Collection of the severall Suifies of

     Tobacco by Act of Assembly due from the severall Publick p. 359

     Officers within this Province, the which by a former Ordr from

     this Board they were Ordered to Collect & Receive.

      His Exncy is pleased to demand of the Board if there be any

     thing else at prsent importing his Mats or Countreys service Whitehall

     for to Offer; and nothing further being Offered they broke vp

     for this time.
