Lib. H. D. produce no Receipt for the same by which they may be demanded, that then the sd Coll Beale make it his Business to have them forth coming & delivered to the Owners pursu ant to former Ordr Coll Cas- Coll Casparus Augustin Herman making corn- parus plaint to this Board how that by stress of the late plaint agt bad weather he was unfortunately cast away at the Referred Clifts loosing most of his Goods which were therein, the Court of not so much by the Wreck as by the evill Actions of Admiralty severall persons, who (taking opportunity over his misfortunes) despoyled him of the greatest part thereof, especially the Liquours he had then on Board; Ordered that the sd Matter be Referred to the honoble Nicholas Greenberry Esqr Judge of the Admiralty to make proceedings therein according to Law.
Matthias Came Matthias Mattison of Czecill County & L:od & Leonard Camperson of Kent County, persons Nat Camperson uralized, who severally tooke the Oaths apjointed pson Naturalized by Act of parliamt to be taken instead of the Oaths Sworn &ca of Allegiance & Supremacy and subscribed to the Ab. Ambrose Test; as also Abraham Ambrose senr & Abraham Ambrose seflr & junr junr

Whitehall The Councill again Sate & were pr8cnt as before, with the Addition of the honoble Coll Charles Hutchins & Thomas Brooke Esqr Whitehall Produced & Read a Letter received from his Exncy the Gov ernt of New York of the 19th of ffebry past to his Exncy the Governor of this province sent & directed. Then was Read two former Letters Received by his Exncy from that Governmt with his Exncies Answer thereto, since the p. 276 last Councills sitting which was approved off & Ordered to be Entred in the Journall of the Councill among the other Letters; and that Answer be given to the last received Letter; concerning further assistance, which was done accordingly, and Read & approved off in Councill and Ordered to be Entred also with the others: The said severall Letters, papers & Answers are as follows, Vizt
