     within this Province decd praying that a certain testimoniall by

     him brought & produced vnto his Exncy signifying his being

     lawfull Son & heir of the aforesd William fluller decd might be

     Entred vpon Record;

       Ordered that the same be Entred accordingly in the Coun

     came & appeared before me Mrs. Elizabeth Cattell Aged

     fforty years or thereabouts, being one of the daughters of Capt

     William ffuller of this Province deceased & made Oath that

     she does know William ffuller the Bearer hereof aged twenty
